China Dynamics Becomes a Constituent of the MSCI Global Small Cap Indexes - China Index
Further Strengthens Our Competitiveness in Capital Markets

HONG KONG, Nov 10, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - China Dynamics (Holdings) Limited ("China Dynamics" or the "Group") (HKSE: 476), a company proactively expanding its business into the new energy industry, is to become a constituent of MSCI Global Small Cap Indexes - China Index effective from the market close on 25 November 2014. The selection as a constituent was a result of the Semi-Annual Index Review for the MSCI Equity Indexes.
