住友重機械とNEC、産業機械の故障予兆にAIを活用
RAPID機械学習を使用してプラスチック射出成形機の故障予兆を検出

東京, Dec 13, 2017 - (JCN Newswire) - 住友重機械工業株式会社(本社：東京都品川区、代表取締役社長、CEO：別川 俊介、以下 住友重機械)と日本電気株式会社(本社：東京都港区、代表取締役 執行役員社長 兼CEO：新野 隆、以下 NEC)は、産業機械の故障予兆の検出にAIを用いる実証実験を行い、プラスチック射出成形機(以下 射出成形機)から出力されたデータを利用した故障予兆の検出に成功しました。

今後両社は、本実証実験の結果をもとに、産業機械におけるAIを活用した故障予兆の検出および生産された製品の良品判定、運転条件や設定の自動調整の実現に向けた連携を進めます。
