Tianyun International Signed a Strategic Co-operation Memorandum with the Qingbaijiang District Government of Chengdu, Sichuan and SC Foods
To Invest in the Largest specialty Fruit and Vegetable Deep Processing Center, Sorting and Grading Center and International Trade Center in Western China
HONG KONG, Jun 18, 2019 - (ACN Newswire) - Tianyun International Holdings Limited ("Tianyun International", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") (Stock code: 6836.HK), a leading seller and manufacturer of processed fruits products in China, is pleased to announce that it signed a Memorandum of Strategic Co-operation with Sichuan Development International Holding Company Limited (Sichuan Development International) and SC Foods Co., Ltd.("SC Foods"). According to the agreement, the three parties will carry out strategic cooperation on the trade and processing of agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables in Sichuan, China. SC Foods will use its own market and technical advantages to assist Tianyun International with the implementation and operation of food deep-processing and international trade center project.

Through the cooperation, all three parties will build a close strategic partnership to promote Sichuan's specialty agricultural products and food to a wider international market, and to promote more possible international cooperations.
According to the "Agreement on Sichuan Special Agricultural Food Deep Processing and International Trade Center Project Investment" signed by Tianyun International and Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu, an investment of US$110 million is expected to establish a joint venture with the aim of beoming the largest specialty fruit and vegetable deep-processing, sorting and grading as well as international trade center. Tianyun International will fully exploit its advantages of deep processing of specialty agricultural products and international trade channels for overseas high-end markets, and will be built into leading domestic food processing and trade leading enterprises. The project, after complete, will become a leading domestic food processing and trade leader in fruit and vegetable deep-processing with capacity of 80,000 tons/year, fruit and vegetable grading and sorting capacity of 60,000 tons/year, and fruit and vegetable products with an international trade volume exceeded RMB100 million.
