Nectar Acquires Cloud Experience Manager (CEM) Assets From Netsocket

Nectar Services Corp, a leader in the development of network monitoring and management software for the Unified Communications (UC) industry, today announced that it has acquired assets of Netsocket Inc.'s Cloud Experience Manager (CEM) UC service assurance solution software and IP Correlation Engine(TM)(ICE) technology, as well as the engineering and business development teams that support the product.
