Exactly one year after the Board of ScreenSingapore announced its ambitious plan at the 63rd Cannes Film Festival in 2010 to create a filmed entertainment "hybrid" event in Singapore, key Board members, headed by Chairman Greg Coote, return to Cannes to outline the achievements and the program for the inaugural edition.
