Alltronics Steps into Southeast Asia's Healthcare Sector
Signs Manufacturing and Distribution Agreements for Medical Equipment for Early Detection of Infectious Diseases

HONG KONG, Sep 12, 2014 - (ACN Newswire) - Alltronics Holdings Limited ("Alltronics" or the "Group") (Stock code: 833) has announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Alltronics Tech. Mftg. Limited ("ATM"), has signed a Manufacturing Agreement and a Distribution Agreement with Beijing Fu Le Yun Testing Technology Limited ("Beijing FLY") granting ATM exclusive rights to manufacture, supply and sell Medical Equipment. These agreements provide entry to the healthcare sector in Southeast Asia, with a focus on early detection of infectious diseases.

With increasing alarm about preventing the spread of numerous infectious diseases, Beijing FLY, which owns the medical equipment used for preliminary testing and screening of various kinds of infectious diseases, will collaborate with Alltronics in manufacturing and supplying the medical equipment for three years. Alltronics will also sell the medical equipment in five countries, including Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Japan. This cooperation will create a win-win situation for creating a better disease prevention system in Southeast Asia and realising the greater business potential for Alltronics and Beijing FLY to tap the healthcare sector across the region.

Mr Lam Yin Kee, Chairman of Alltronics, said, "With the surging number of infectious diseases worldwide, we are glad to contribute our technology know-how in manufacturing this medical equipment to advance early detection of infectious diseases, through these manufacturing and distribution agreements with Beijing FLY. We believe that there is demand for this medical equipment in the region, as timely discovery and analysis of diseases would minimize the infection rate within these countries, given the present business and economic uptrend.

Furthermore, this partnership provides a huge business opportunity for Alltronics and the Group will continue to look for different business opportunities with potential for business growth and also broadening our revenue base in the future that will ultimately bring long term value to our shareholders."
