Noble House Appoints Mr. Luo Xiang as General Manager of its Sino-Foreign Equity Joint Venture Enterprise

HONG KONG, Aug 05, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Noble House (China) Holdings Limited ("Noble House" or the "Company;" stock code: 8246), is pleased to announce that the Group has appointed Mr. Luo Xiang as the General Manager of its Sino-foreign equity joint venture enterprise to be established soon, effective from the date of the establishment of that enterprise. Mr. Luo has previously served as Deputy General Manager of CNOOC Bohai Corporation and has accumulated extensive experience in the energy sector as well as in operations management and business expansion. The appointment of Mr. Luo should greatly enhance the capability of the Group's management team.

Mr. Luo has been an energy industry professional for more than 40 years. He was a senior management executive at a number of petroleum companies and has gained rich experience in senior engineering and management positions. From his years at CNOOC Group, Mr. Luo has also forged a broad network of industry leaders and enterprises in the petroleum and energy sectors.
