Alltronics Enters Cooperative Agreement with China Unicom to Jointly Operate Wi-Fi Service and Provide Sales Agency Service for 4G Service Plans

HONG KONG, Aug 24, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Alltronics Holdings Limited ("Alltronics" or the "Group") (Stock code: 833), a leading electronic products manufacturer, B5 biodiesel products supplier as well as a provider of energy-saving business solutions, has today announced that it has entered into a cooperative agreement with a Shenzhen subsidiary of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited ("China Unicom") (stock code: 762) on 18 August 2015. Pursuant to the agreement, Alltronics has become the first listed company in Hong Kong to collaborate with China Unicom to operate Wi-Fi service and act as a sales agent for its 4G service plans in Shenzhen City ("Shenzhen"), Guangdong Province.

Alltronics has formed a strong team with two other partners, including P2 United Limited, which has established a strategic partnership with a state-owned enterprise under the administration of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and Y5Zone China Limited, an industry pioneer specialized in providing Wi-Fi services with numerous Wi-Fi hotspots. The three are to collaborate with China Unicom to develop and operate Wi-Fi hotspots in Shenzhen and provide sales agency services for China Unicom's 4G service plans in the city.

The Group plans to target the factories in Shenzhen as pilot locations in the first stage by providing quality 4G and an unlimited Wi-Fi usage service plan for factory staff. Alltronics will invest, build and manage the Wi-Fi hotspots, and will share the income gained from the sales of 4G service plans under this project with China Unicom. Through the cooperation, both Alltronics and China Unicom aim to expand 4G services to different population segments in China and to lay a solid foundation for the development of Internet mobile value-added services in China.
