Noble House is Renamed as "Northern New Energy Holdings Limited"
New Name Reinforces Aim to Develop New Energy Business

HONG KONG, Sep 14, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Noble House (China) Holdings Limited (the "Company," stock code: 8246) is pleased to announce that its English name is to be changed to "Northern New Energy Holdings Limited" (Stock short name:"NORTH NEWENERGY") with effect from 9:00am, 17 September 2015. The company's stock code remains unchanged at "8246." The new company name more clearly reflects the strategic direction of its business. The Company's logo has also been revised to match its new name with effect from today.

Mr. Hu Yishi, Executive Chairman and Executive Director of Noble House, said, "The Company has recently announced the establishment of a joint venture to enter the new energy business. The new company name 'Northern New Energy Holdings Limited' matches our new corporate image, and the change also marks a new milestone in our development, and hopefully this new image can reinforce our new business direction.
