Chairman of Sky Light Increases Shareholding
Demonstrates Full Confidence in the Group's Prospects
HONG KONG, Dec 03, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Sky Light Holdings Limited ("Sky Light" or the "Group") (stock code: 3882), a leading digital imaging device and solutions provider for the action camera industry and an important player in the home imaging industry, has announced that Mr. Tang Wing Fong Terry ("Mr. Tang"), Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Group has purchased a total of 1,997,000 ordinary shares of the Group ("Shares") for an aggregate amount of approximately HK$5.0 million, further increasing his shareholding to approximately 53.09% of the Group's entire issued share capital.
On 12 November 2015, Mr. Tang has purchased 497,000 ordinary shares of the Group on the market at an average price of HK$2.229 per share. On 24, 25 and 27 November 2015, Mr. Tang has further purchased a total of 1,500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of HK$2.594, underscoring his strong confidence in the prospects of the Group's future development. Following the purchase, Mr. Tang holds 424,928,600 Shares in the Group, increasing his shareholding to approximately 53.09% of the issued share capital.
