Avnet Technology Solutions Becomes Newest Value Added Distributor for Citrix in India

MUMBAI, INDIA, May 09, 2011 - (ACN Newswire) - Avnet Technology Solutions, an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), has been appointed as a value-added distributor by Citrix India. Avnet will work with the Citrix Solutions Advisor and Solutions Integrator network on the complete portfolio of Citrix products and solution offerings that include desktop virtualization, server virtualization, networking, collaboration and cloud computing technologies. In particular, the inclusion of Citrix products and solution offerings in Avnet's virtualization portfolio will further strengthen Avnet's position as a domain expert in the virtualization space.
