雅萬高鐵高速動車組和綜合檢測列車在中國中車青島基地下線
香港, Aug 05, 2022 - (ACN Newswire) - 8月5日,採用中國標準,為雅萬高鐵量身定制的高速動車組和綜合檢測列車在中國中車(1766.HK)青島基地成功下線,11組高速動車組和1組綜合檢測列車即將運往印尼,這標誌著「一帶一路」標誌性項目雅萬高鐵建設取得重要進展。
此次下線的雅萬高速動車組,由中國國家鐵路集團有限公司所屬中國鐵路國際有限公司牽頭,中國中車所屬中車四方股份公司研製,列車最高運行時速350公里,依託世界商業運營速度最高的中國「復興號」動車組技術平台,融合印尼本土文化,適應印尼當地運用環境,為雅萬高鐵量身定制。採用4動4拖8輛編組,總定員601人,具有技術先進、安全智慧、環境適應力強、舒適環保、本土特色鮮明等特點。
適應雅萬高鐵沿線運行環境,採用智慧感知技術,配置地震監測預警系統,通過全車設置的2500多個檢測點,可對所有關鍵系統進行適時檢測、預警和診斷;採用高標準的耐腐蝕設計和先進防護技術,更具耐鹽霧、耐紫外線老化能力;設置「高加速模式」,爬坡性能更優,可在30‰的大坡道上實現安全起動。
綠色環保:低碳科技節能降耗
動車組採用低阻力流線頭型和車體平順化設計,降低運行能耗。同時,列車牽引系統採用再生制動能量回收技術,可回收85%以上的制動能量,更加低碳節能。
內裝方面,使用複合金屬板材、水性油漆、新型地板布等環保材料,應用綠色工藝,為旅客打造綠色環保的客室空間環境。
雅萬高鐵為印尼「提速」
雅萬高鐵連接印尼首都雅加達和旅遊名城萬隆,全長142公里,最高設計時速350公里,是「一帶一路」建設和中印尼兩國務實合作的標誌性項目。建成後,雅加達到萬隆的出行時間將由現在的3個多小時縮短至40分鐘。目前,雅萬高鐵隧道全部貫通,路基、橋樑、車站土建工程完成量均在90%以上,正線已經開始鋪軌,工程建設由線下施工全面轉入線上施工階段。雅萬高鐵建成通車有助於推動兩國高品質共建「一帶一路」合作不斷走向深入,也將為推動構建中印尼命運共同體發揮積極作用。
