AMSTERDAM, Nov 14, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER, "AerCap") today announced it has filed an interim financial report including its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements and notes for the nine months ended September 30, 2015 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). AerCap's Form 6-K can be accessed on the Investor Relations page of the Company's website at www.aercap.com, as well as on the SEC's website at www.sec.gov.

AerCap will no longer voluntarily file annual reports on form 10-K or quarterly reports on form 10-Q for its 100%-owned subsidiary AerCap Global Aviation Trust ("AGAT"). Holders of public debt securities issued by AGAT, all of which are guaranteed by AerCap, may refer to the filings of AerCap Holdings N.V.
