NEC、「Oracle Engineered Systems」計5製品の一次保守サービスを提供
「Oracle Big Data Appliance」向けHadoop/Spark導入支援サービスも開始
東京, 2016年08月24日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは、「Oracle Engineered Systems」のうち5製品の一次保守サービスを提供します。対象5製品全てを一次保守対応するのは、オラクルパートナーベンダーとしてNECが国内初となります。
今回、これまで対応してきた「Oracle Exadata」に加え、新たに「Oracle Engineered Systems」4製品についても一次保守サービスへの対応を開始しました。これにより、複数のEngineered Systems製品を導入するユーザに対し、一元的な保守窓口の提供が可能となり、ユーザの負担を軽減します。
また、「Oracle Big Data Appliance」上で稼働するHadoop/Sparkについて、導入や運用の支援を行うサービスの提供も開始し、安全・安心なシステム導入、運用を実現します。
NECは社会ソリューション事業に注力しており、本サービスの提供を通して、企業の安全・安心なシステム導入や運用、経営の効率化に貢献していきます。
