KDDI、auひかりマンション「都市機構G」を提供開始
最大通信速度上り下り合計830Mbpsサービスを提供

東京, 2019年07月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - KDDIは、2019年8月1日より「auひかりマンション」の新たなメニューとして、「auひかりマンション 都市機構G」（以下 本サービス）の提供を開始します。

本サービスは、電話回線に用いるメタルケーブルを利用した新しい通信規格「G.fast」により、最大通信速度上り下り合計830Mbpsを実現（注1）しました。

従来からあるVDSL方式の最大通信速度下り100Mbps（注2）を超える、最大通信速度下り664Mbps（注2）の高速インターネットサービスを提供します。

本サービスは、VDSL方式で提供している「auひかりマンション 都市機構」のマンションに対して、本サービス設備の導入が完了次第、順次提供を開始します。

また、提供開始後は、当該マンションにお住まいの「auひかりマンション 都市機構」ご利用中のお客さまも、契約内容変更のお申し込みと宅内機器の交換だけで、簡単に高速インターネットを利用可能です。

提供対象のマンションは、8月1日以降、 auホームページ の「提供エリアを調べる」からご確認ください。
