TOYOTA、スープラ RZのエンジン改良型を発売

あわせて、ホライズンブルーの特別仕様車を限定販売

豊田, 2020年04月28日 - (JCN Newswire) - TOYOTAは、スープラを一部改良するとともに、特別仕様車 RZ“Horizon blue edition”を設定し、10月頃に発売します。なお、RZの外板色マットストリームグレーメタリックについては限定27台、特別仕様車 RZ“Horizon blue edition”については限定100台の販売となります。

今回の一部改良では、RZの3.0Lエンジンの出力を285kW（387PS）/5,800rpm（従来型比＋14％）に向上させました。さらに、フロント部にブレースを追加しボディ剛性の強化を図るとともに、それに合わせてサスペンションを再チューニングすることでコーナリング中の安定性を高めました。

外板色には、台数限定販売のマットストームグレーメタリックを含む全7色を設定しました。

特別仕様車 RZ“Horizon blue edition”はRZをベースにブルーをまとわせた特別仕様とし、販売台数を限定100台としています。外板色に新規採用色のホライズンブルーを特別設定し、マットブラック塗装の19インチ鍛造アルミホイールを特別装備。室内においても、表皮にアルカンターラ(R)＊1とブラックの本革を組みあわせたシートを採用しました。また、シート表皮をはじめ、インストルメントパネルやドアトリム、ステアリングホイールなど、随所にブルーステッチを施しており、ブルーカラーで統一した仕様としています。
