東京, 2021年05月21日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaは、2021年2月、経営の監督機能の更なる強化を目的に、指名委員会等設置会社への移行を発表しました。2021年6月23日に開催する取締役会にて決議予定の3つの委員会（指名委員会・監査委員会・報酬委員会）体制についてお知らせいたします。

今後は、３つの委員会（指名委員会・監査委員会・報酬委員会）により、取締役候補者の指名プロセスの更なる透明性向上、経営監査の更なる充実、取締役・執行役の報酬の決定に関するプロセスの透明性・客観性の強化を図ってまいります。
