HONG KONG, Sep 15, 2021 - (ACN Newswire) - Zhonghua Gas Holdings Limited (the "Company"; stock code: 8246) and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") announced its wholly-owned subsidiary Tiancheng Jiuran (Shanghai) New Energy Co., Ltd. signs a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhangjiagang Hongchang Steel Plate Co., Ltd. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd. ("Shagang Group"), to synergize resource advantages in two major areas: liquefied natural gas ("LNG") filling stations and pipeline gas supply to broaden the sales network of the Group.
