昭和電工、苛性ソーダの国内販売価格改定を発表

東京, 2021年11月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 昭和電工株式会社（社長：森川宏平）は、苛性ソーダの価格改定を以下のとおり行うことを決定いたしました。

１．価格改定の内容

(1)値上げ幅
20 円／kg 以上(固形換算値)

(2)実施時期
2021 年12 月1 日納入分より

２．価格改定の背景

苛性ソーダは、紙・パルプや石油化学などのさまざまな分野で使われる基礎化学品です。

苛性ソーダを取り巻く事業環境は、電力コストの上昇に加え、安全・安定生産のための設備の維持費・補修費や、安定供給を維持するための輸送費の上昇を受け、大変厳しい状況が続いております。さらには、中国の環境規制により中国国内の苛性ソーダ生産設備の稼働が制限されている関係で、アジア域内の需給がひっ迫し、市況急騰の影響も受けております。

当社では、製造原価の低減、経費の削減や物流の効率化等、コスト削減に努めてまいりましたが、安定生産と安定供給を維持するため、お客様にコスト上昇分の一部についてご負担をお願いせざるを得ないとの結論に達しました。
