昭和電工、新市場区分「プライム市場」選択申請に関するお知らせ

東京, 2021年12月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、2021 年７月９日付で株式会社東京証券取引所（以下、「東証」といいます。）より、新市場区分における上場維持基準への適合状況に関する一次判定結果を受領し、「プライム市場」の上場維持基準に適合していることを確認いたしました。

この結果に基づき、本日開催の取締役会において、2022 年４月４日に予定されている新市場区分として「プライム市場」を選択し、東証へ申請することを決議しましたので、お知らせいたします。

今後、東証の定めるスケジュールに従い、申請に係る所定の手続きを進めてまいります。
