三菱電機とイオンモール、自律走行ロボットによる商品配送サービスの実証実験を開始

シリコンバレー発 Cartken 社のロボットを日本初導入

東京, 2022年01月19日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社（以下、三菱電機）とイオンモール株式会社（以下、イオンモール）は、2022 年 1月11日よりイオンモール常滑において、米国 Cartken 社の自律走行ロボットによる商品配送サービスの実証実験を開始しました。

本サービスは、ニューノーマルな生活様式に対応した非接触型配送サービスとして、お客さまの利便性向上を⽬的に、アプリから注文した飲食店の商品を、自律走行ロボットにより配送し、離れた場所でも受け取ることができる配送サービスです。

今後、配送オペレーションのさらなる最適化を進めることで、新たなカスタマーエクスペリエンス（ＣＸ）の創造を具現化し、リアルモールの魅⼒向上に努めてまいります。
