東京, 2022年03月22日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工業は4月1日付で、特定技術分野における最高峰の技術者であることを示す称号「技監」と、製造現場において傑出した最高峰の技能を有することを示す称号「範師」に、別添の通り、社員10名を新たに認定します。

技監は、専門的知識・能力等が特に優れ、技術力を生かして当社事業に特筆すべき貢献があり、人物的にも他の範となる者を顕彰・処遇するものです。また、範師は、傑出した技能を有し、技能経験をベースとした総合力・応用力や知識に加え、技能伝承・後輩育成に熱心であり、かつ人格も兼ね備えた者を顕彰・処遇するものです。
