デンソーの電動化製品がTOYOTA「bZ4X」・SUBARU「ソルテラ」に採用

効率的なエネルギーマネジメントで、電気自動車の実用性向上に貢献

愛知, 2022年04月13日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー（本社：愛知県刈谷市、社長：有馬浩二）は、航続距離の延長や、充電時間の短縮、バッテリーの長寿命化など、電気自動車の実用性向上に貢献する製品を開発しました。これらの製品は、2022年5月12日発売予定のTOYOTA「bZ4X」および2022年半ばに発売予定のSUBARU「ソルテラ」に採用されます。

今回、新たに開発した電動化製品は、電流を検知する電流センサー、充電・電力変換・電力分配の各機能を集約したESU（Electricity Supply Unit）、大気中の熱をエアコンの熱源とする高効率エコヒートポンプシステム、乗員の膝元を温める輻射ヒーター*1です。その他にも、電池の温度・電圧を検知するセンサー、電池の状態をモニタリングする電池監視ECU、情報を集約しエネルギーを制御するBEV ECUなども採用されます。また、株式会社BluE Nexusの「新型eAxle」に当社製のインバーターが搭載されています。

内燃機関を持たない電気自動車は、バッテリーが唯一のエネルギー源です。必要なエネルギーを最小化すること、効率良くエネルギーを回収し使い切ることが実用性の向上につながります。デンソーは、車両全体での効率的なエネルギーマネジメントを目指し、車両状態のモニタリングや、効率的なエネルギーの制御・活用といった視点から技術開発に取り組んでいます。
