SUPER GT 第1戦岡山 OKAYAMA GT 300km RACE 大嶋／山下組GRスープラがポール・トゥ・ウィン

豊田, 2022年04月18日 - (JCN Newswire) - SUPER GT第1戦「OKAYAMA GT 300km RACE」が4月16日（土）、17日（日）の両日、岡山県の岡山国際サーキットで開催されました。

日本で最高の人気を誇るモータースポーツ、SUPER GTが例年通りこの時期の岡山で開幕しました。今季も海外遠征戦こそ見送られたものの、全8戦でシリーズが戦われます。

TOYOTA GAZOO RacingはこのSUPER GTのGT500クラスに、昨年同様6台のGRスープラで参戦。若干のドライバー入れ替わりはありますが、フレッシュな若手からベテランまで頼もしいドライバーラインナップで今季も戦います。

昨年の同シリーズでは、GRスープラ勢は中盤苦戦を強いられながらも、最終戦で大逆転を果たし、参戦2年目で念願のシリーズチャンピオンに輝きました。今季はライバル勢が新たな車種を投入するなど、さらに激戦になることが予想されますが、3年目を迎え、熟成の進んだGRスープラで連覇を目指し戦います。

また、両クラスにおいてモータースポーツを起点としたもっといいクルマづくりに向け、各チームとの連携を強化していきます。

土日共に晴れ渡り、春の陽気に恵まれた岡山国際サーキットのイベント広場には、TGRブースがオープン。GRスープラやGR86の展示、ドライバー応援メッセージ、ドライバーとのリモートトーク、監督トークショーなどで賑わいました。
