昭和電工、クロロプレンゴムの販売価格改定を発表

東京, 2022年04月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - 昭和電工株式会社（社長：髙橋秀仁）は、合成樹脂の一種であるクロロプレンゴム（商標名：ショウプレン(R)）の販売価格を以下のとおり引き上げることを決定いたしました。

１．価格改定の内容

(1)値上げ幅
60円／kg以上

(2)実施時期
2022年5月16日出荷分より

２．価格改定の背景

ショウプレン(R)は耐油性・耐熱性・耐候性・難燃性に優れた特長を持ち、液状のラテックス製品は医療用器具、接着剤、防水材などに、固形のドライチップ製品は自動車用部品や土木・建築・工業用部品などに利用されています。

ショウプレン(R)事業を取り巻く環境は、昨今の原燃料高を背景とした原材料や電力コスト等の高騰により、大変厳しい状況が続いております。

当社はこれまでも、生産の合理化などによるコストダウンに努めてまいりましたが、本製品の安定供給体制を維持するためには、お客さまにコスト上昇分の一部についてご負担をお願いせざるを得ないとの結論に達しました。
