興業銀行完成境外《可持續金融共同分類目錄》綠色債券定價

香港, May 12, 2022 - (ACN Newswire) - 2022年5月11日，興業銀行香港分行在國際資本市場成功完成3年期6.5億美元中歐《可持續金融共同分類目錄》主題綠色債券的簿記和定價，發行票息3.25%，認購倍數為5.23倍，受到了各界投資者的熱烈追捧。

據悉，本期債券募集資金的投向和管理均在《興業銀行綠色債券框架》下進行，專項聚焦于“可再生能源”和“低碳及低排放交通”類別的優質綠色項目，符合國際資本市場協會（“ICMA”）《綠色債券原則》，在取得Sustainalytics（全球領先ESG評級及研究公司）第二方認證意見的基礎上，同步聘請香港品質保證局 (“HKQAA”) 出具第二方意見，確保債券募集資金投向和管理方式嚴格符合《可持續金融共同分類目錄》和綠色債券國際公允標準。

《可持續金融共同分類目錄》於2021年11月發佈，該目錄由中國人民銀行與歐盟委員會相關部門共同牽頭完成，包含了中歐雙邊共同認可的綠色經濟活動清單。“本期綠色債券發行基於中歐《可持續金融共同分類目錄-減緩氣候變化》，不僅有利於加快推動碳減排，助力‘雙碳’目標實現，同時也是我行積極回應中國人民銀行關於推動綠色金融標準統一、完善綠色金融標準體系號召的重要實踐。”興業銀行相關負責人表示。

作為中國首家赤道銀行，也是國內最早探索綠色金融的商業銀行，興業銀行順應“雙碳”發展潮流，進一步提升綠色金融戰略高度，將與碳減排相關的節能環保產業、清潔生產產業、清潔能源產業等作為綠色金融重點支持領域，並提出“十四五”期間綠色金融業務規模實現翻番的目標，持續擦亮“綠色銀行”名片。截至3月末，興業銀行綠色金融融資餘額1.46萬億元，較年初增長763億元；自2018年首秀境外可持續資本市場以來，已在境外累計發行綠色債券23.16億等值美元。
