昭和電工、合成樹脂エマルジョンの販売価格改定を発表

東京, 2022年05月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - 昭和電工株式会社（社長：髙橋秀仁）は、合成樹脂エマルジョン「ポリゾール(R)」の販売価格を以下のとおり引き上げることを決定いたしました。

１．価格改定の内容

(1)対象製品および値上げ幅

エチレン－酢酸ビニル系: 20円／kg
酢酸ビニル系: 15円／kg

(2)実施時期

2022年6月1日出荷分より

２．価格改定の背景

合成樹脂エマルジョン「ポリゾール(R)」は、水を媒体に使用して有機溶剤等を含まないため、環境への負荷が少ない製品として、住宅建材・建築・繊維・紙加工など様々な用途に使用されています。

合成樹脂エマルジョン「ポリゾール(R)」のうち、エチレン－酢酸ビニル系製品や酢酸ビニル系製品は主にエチレンや酢酸ビニルから製造されますが、これらの主原料であるナフサおよび酢酸等の価格は、原油市況や需給バランスの乱れ等により上昇が続き、エチレンや酢酸ビニルの価格も上昇しています。また、包装材、副資材、物流費等も値上がりしています。

当社はこれまでも、製造や物流の合理化を進めてコストダウンに努めてまいりましたが、これらの外部環境の変動によるコストの上昇は、当社の努力のみでの対応が困難であり、今後も製品の安定供給体制を維持するためには、お客様にコスト上昇分の一部についてご負担をお願いせざるを得ないという結論にいたりました。
