興業銀行資本專案數位化服務試點落地

據悉，B企業是一家外商投資企業，主要從事房屋建築及專案工程承包業務，為進一步拓寬國內市場，計畫使用其股東境外匯入的資本金開展境內投資。根據資本項下便利化政策，非投資性外商投資企業資本金可用於境內股權投資，便利了企業境內投資。被投資企業A在完成相關備案手續後，急需通過銀行完成接收境內再投資登記手續，以便進行後續資金的劃轉使用。興業銀行福州分行在瞭解到A企業滿足資本項下便利化政策後，積極輔導企業通過該行“興業單證通”線上辦理資本專案登記手續，實現線上填寫申請表、掃描上傳審核材料，一鍵提交銀行辦理，足不出戶完成資本項目接收境內再投資登記手續，極大提高了效率，用時不到30分鐘。

資本項目業務實現線上高效快捷辦理，得益於興業銀行在外匯局福建省分局的大力支持下，成功獲批國家外匯管理局資本專案數位化服務試點資格。此項試點業務允許銀行在符合現有資本專案業務審核原則和檔案管理要求的前提下，支援企業通過“興業單證通”線上辦理資本專案線上登記、帳戶入帳、資本項目收入支付便利化、資本項目外匯收入意願結匯和非便利化資本項目資金境內支付等高頻業務，真正實現資本專案外匯服務的“觸手可及”。

今年以來，興業銀行積極回應中國人民銀行、國家外匯管理局關於做好疫情防控和經濟社會發展金融服務的23條舉措，不斷優化跨境業務辦理流程和服務，進一步提升跨境業務數位化水準，支持外貿穩增長。資料顯示，1-5月，興業銀行實現本外幣跨境結算量1253億美元，同比增長19%。
