東京, 2022年07月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、自動車機器事業の販売子会社であるメルコオートモーティブソリューション株式会社（本社：東京都港区）と株式会社菱和（本社：大阪府大阪市）を新会社「メルコモビリティーソリューションズ株式会社」（本社：大阪府大阪市）に経営統合し、2022年10月1日から営業を開始します。

当社は、今回の経営統合により、市場環境変化に対応した販売体制を構築し、事業競争力を強化することで、顧客への新たな価値提供や社会課題解決を目指します。

統合の狙い

自動車業界を取り巻く環境は、100年に一度の大変革期を迎えており、顧客ニーズの多様化・高度化に対応した営業活動や顧客とのコミュニケーションの強化が必須となっています。当社は今回、販売子会社の経営統合によって、迅速な意思決定を行う販売体制に再編します。また、自動運転社会を見据えた新たなモビリティーに関するソリューション事業への取り組みを加速します。
