艾美疫苗公佈全球發售結果 每股H股發售股份發售價為16.16港元
H股股份將於2022年10月6日在香港交易所主板開始買賣

香港, Oct 05, 2022 - (ACN Newswire) - 按2021年批簽發量計(不包括COVID-19疫苗)，中國第二大疫苗公司艾美疫苗股份有限公司（「艾美疫苗」或「公司」，連同其附屬公司，統稱「集團」，股份代號：06660.HK），今天宣佈全球發售結果，每股發售股份定價為16.16港元，公司H股將於2022年10月6日（星期四）於香港聯合交易所有限公司（「聯交所」）主機板正式掛牌並進行買賣，每手買賣單位為200股H股。

公司國際配售已獲超額認購，所募資金計劃用於推進在研疫苗的研發及持續豐富疫苗管線、為建設新生產設施的資本開支提供資金，以及投入銷售及營銷活動。公司表示，通過十年的有機增長以及外部資源整合，艾美疫苗已經成為中國疫苗行業的主要參與者。正式登陸香港股票交易市場，是艾美疫苗發展史上的重要里程碑，為公司發展揭開嶄新一章。本次順利上市，體現了全球投資者對公司業務發展的信任和支持，為公司的長遠發展奠下厚實的基礎。展望未來，艾美疫苗將不斷加速在研管線的研發與商業化進程，成為世界級疫苗企業，持續為股東創造更大價值。
