艾美疫苗公布全球发售结果 每股H股发售股份发售价为16.16港元
H股股份将于2022年10月6日在香港交易所主板开始买卖

香港, Oct 05, 2022 - (ACN Newswire) - 按2021年批签发量计(不包括COVID-19疫苗)，中国第二大疫苗公司艾美疫苗股份有限公司（「艾美疫苗」或「公司」，连同其附属公司，统称「集团」，股份代号：06660.HK），今天宣布全球发售结果，每股发售股份定价为16.16港元，公司H股将于2022年10月6日（星期四）于香港联合交易所有限公司（「联交所」）主板正式挂牌并进行买卖，每手买卖单位为200股H股。

公司国际配售已获超额认购，所募资金计划用于推进在研疫苗的研发及持续丰富疫苗管线、为建设新生产设施的资本开支提供资金，以及投入销售及营销活动。公司表示，通过十年的有机增长以及外部资源整合，艾美疫苗已经成为中国疫苗行业的主要参与者。正式登陆香港股票交易市场，是艾美疫苗发展史上的重要里程碑，为公司发展揭开崭新一章。本次顺利上市，体现了全球投资者对公司业务发展的信任和支持，为公司的长远发展奠下厚实的基础。展望未来，艾美疫苗将不断加速在研管线的研发与商业化进程，成为世界级疫苗企业，持续为股东创造更大价值。
