エーザイ、「アリセプト(R)」について日本のレビー小体型認知症の適応に関する用法・用量の一部変更の承認について発表

東京, 2022年11月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - エーザイ株式会社（本社：東京都、代表執行役 CEO：内藤晴夫）は、自社創製のアルツハイマー型認知症・レビー小体型認知症治療剤「アリセプト(R)」（一般名：ドネペジル塩酸塩）について、日本におけるレビー小体型認知症に係る用法・用量に関する承認事項の一部変更を申請し、本日、承認されたことをお知らせします（変更内容は参考資料 1 に記載）。

今回の承認事項の一部変更は、本剤の「レビー小体型認知症における認知症症状の進行抑制」の効能・効果に関する再審査の結果、カテゴリー2*となったことに基づくものです。
