マツダ、組織改革と人事異動を発表

広島, 2022年12月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - マツダ株式会社は、2022年12月1日付で下記の通り組織改革と人事異動を行います。

1. 組織改革

(1) 統合制御システム開発領域

＜目的＞
- お客さま視点で提供価値を再構築し、ITの活用により既存の商品・サービスのあり方を覆す革新的な開発の早期化に向けた柔軟な組織運営と、先進運転支援システムおよび自動運転領域の先行開発と商品開発の連携を実現する体制とします。

＜内容＞
- 先進安全車両開発部を新設し、統合制御システム開発本部、電子基盤開発部、電子性能開発部の一部機能を移管統合します。

(2) グローバル販売&マーケティング領域

＜目的＞
- グローバルで販売・マーケティング領域の中核を担う組織として、ブランドの浸透とマーケティング施策の強化により、将来にわたって売り上げと利益の最大化に貢献できる体制を構築します。

＜内容＞
- ブランドマーケティング部、商品マーケティング部、第2市場部、販売業務部を廃止し、これらの機能を新設するグローバルブランド推進部、グローバルマーケティング戦略部、海外市場部、業務変革推進部へ再編・改称します。
- グローバル販売&マーケティング本部の一部機能を、グローバルブランド推進部、グローバルマーケティング戦略部、業務変革推進部へ移管します。
