富士通、自己株式の取得状況に関するお知らせ

東京, 2023年01月06日 - (JCN Newswire) - 2022 年 4 月 28 日の取締役会において決議した、会社法第 459 条第 1 項及び当社定款の規定に基づく自己株式の取得状況について、下記のとおり、お知らせします。

１．取得対象株式の種類：普通株式
２．取得した株式の総数：1,946,700 株
３．取得価額の総額：35,471,900,500 円
４．取得期間：2022年12月1日～2022年12月31日
５．取得方法：東京証券取引所における市場買付

１．自己株式の取得に関する決議内容（2022 年 4 月 28 日公表分）
(1) 取得対象株式の種類：普通株式
(2) 取得し得る株式の総数：12,000,000 株（上限）（発行済株式総数（自己株式を除く）に対する割合 6.11%）
(3) 株式の取得価額の総額：1,500 億円（上限）
(4) 取得期間：2022 年 5 月 2 日～2023 年 3 月 31 日
(5) 取得方法：東京証券取引所における市場買付（証券会社による投資一任方式、自己株式立会外買付取引（ToSTNeT-3）による買付を含む）
（注）市場動向等により、一部または全部の取得が行われない可能性もあります。
