東京, 2023年01月24日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、本日開催の指名委員会において2023年6月開催予定の定時株主総会日付の取締役人事を内定し、同じく本日開催の取締役会において、2023年4月1日付の代表執行役、執行役および執行役員人事を決定いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

定時株主総会日付の取締役人事は当該定時株主総会において、また、同日付の執行役人事は同日開催予定の取締役会において、それぞれ正式に決定いたします。
