中国利郎2022年录得收入30.86亿元人民币 纯利4.48亿元 全年派息每股32港仙
香港, Mar 17, 2023 - (ACN Newswire) - 中国利郎有限公司(「中国利郎」或「本公司」,及其附属公司,统称「集团」;股份编号:1234)今天公布其二零二二年全年业绩。
中国利郎主席兼执行董事王冬星先生说:「二零二二年,新型冠状病毒疫情反复,封控措施此起彼落,经济发展放缓。同时,疫情下居民外出购物、社交活动减少,消费意欲下降,服装行业首当其冲,全年服装零售销售出现负增长。面对充满挑战的营商环境,集团积极应对市场变化,持续推动新零售业务,推广促销、带动店效。」
二零二二年,集团收入同比下降8.7%至人民币30.86亿元。净利润按年下跌4.3%至人民币4.48亿元,主要由于年内疫情重创线下零售业务,部份门店因应防控措施暂停营业,加上集团为支持分销商而提供返利,以致整体收入有所下跌。毛利率为46.0%,同比增加4.1个百分点,主要由于二零二一年计提存货拨备人民币1.2亿元,而年内存货拨备回拨2,226万元所致。每股盈利为人民币37.42分,按年减少4.3%。
集团于年内保持财政稳健,现金流充足。董事会建议派发末期股息每股9港仙及特别末期股息每股5港仙,连同已派发的中期股息,全年每股派息合共32港仙,维持稳定的派息比率。
集团于年内积极发展微商城业务,既利用社交平台互动特点,又发挥在线线下互补的优势,带动店效增长。集团逐步将在线销售从以往清理过季库存的渠道,转型成宣扬品牌形象为主的平台,并透过产品促销、直播带货等活动,推动销售。于6.18电商购物节,集团在电商平台推出裤类爆款产品,在双11电商节前,则率先在网上推出极致单品拒水羽绒。纵使受市场不景气影响零售额轻微减少0.4%,但毛利因新产品较高销售单价及增加新品销售比例而大幅提升,新零售业务开始录得纯利。
然而,实体店铺销售备受疫情影响,集团果断关闭若干经营效益未如理想的店铺,并且放缓开店计划,以致未能达到全年门店总数与年初数目持平的目标。截至去年底,集团有2,644家店铺,较二零二一年底少89家。集团进一步优化全国销售网络,促成约50家门店搬迁往一、二线城市优越位置,以提升店效及店铺空间的利用。
目前已有近四成主系列店铺以代销模式经营。年内,集团继续透过与分销商的长期合作,巩固和开拓全国性的销售网络,为中国消费者服务,同时务实地推动分销商优化零售网络,优越的店铺位置增加门店,并推动实体店、增加利用微信平台,以实现更高的店铺效益。另一方面,轻商务和网店于二零二零年和二零二一年先后转为自营,于二零二二年十二月底,轻商务自营店铺共251家,其他店铺分别由一级分销商或二级分销商经营。
库存管理方面,尽管疫情反复,销售偏软,惟集团清理库存工作已见成效,而且在新物流园9月投入运作后,库存控制及物流配送的效益再获提升,年内库存余额与去年相若。
品牌推广方面,集团走在服装业前沿,创作虚拟人励LI,以其推广重点产品,展示中国利郎简约男装的品牌精神,吸引年青消费者对集团的关注。此外,集团继续和品牌代言人韩寒合作,除成为韩寒新作电影《四海》官方男装合作伙伴外,亦与他及《中国国家地理》杂志携手打造联名产品。中国利郎亦和艺术家曹羽Leo达成联名合作,LESS IS MORE与科幻小说《三体》达成联名合作店铺形象。
展望二零二三年,随着疫情防控优化调整措施有序落实,人民流动性大幅提升,社会经济活动预计将正在复苏得以恢复。此外,多个省市密集出台促消费政策,为提振市场信心、推升消费层次提供有力支撑。集团对来年上半年零售市道维持观望态度,但全年审慎乐观。
中国利郎将以审慎的开店策略加强销售网络,未来一年,集团目标店铺净增长约100家,并计划持续于各省会及地级市优质的购物商场增加店铺,同时将增加在奥特莱斯商场开店,以作为清理库存的常设渠道。集团于二零二三年的目标总零售金额定为增长10%以上。
集团将大力推动新零售业务,深耕「在线卖货、线下发货」模式,加入更多更好的服务模式,为顾客提供更便捷和贴心的购物体验。网店不仅是集团清库存的渠道,亦将是集团推出新产品的桥头堡,预计二零二三年,电商销售的产品中新货比例进一步提高,配合精凖的网上推广,推动流量及培养顾客的忠诚度,从而推动网上销售增长,争取于年内在电商业务方面实现显着销售增长。
