KUALA LUMPUR, Jun 29, 2023 - (ACN Newswire) - VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG) ("VCI Global" or "the Company"), a multi-disciplinary consulting group focusing on business and technology, has recently announced an expansion of its tech consulting business into artificial intelligence ("AI"), after proposing to acquire a 51% in Cogia GmbH, a Germany-based company that offers AI-based, fully privacy-compliant solutions within communications, cybersecurity, Big Data Analytics, and web monitoring.
