In order to achieve the objective of "Green Youth Olympic Games", the Nanjing municipal government requested to implement a "low-carbon, environmentally friendly and green" concept in respect of works associated with the sporting event. Being one of the parties involved in preparatory work ahead of the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, the Group echoed the request of the local government and assisted the Nanjing municipal government administration in realising its green goals. During the first half of 2014, the Group flawlessly completed approximately 700,000 square metres of road maintenance work (the "Project"), that subsequently highlighted the many attributes of the Group's "Hot-in-Place" technology, which include:

1. Fast construction speed
The daily capacity of a single set of modular series reached up to approximately 15,000 square metres despite the complex urban roadways of the Project.
2. Minimum traffic disruption
During construction, the Group's "Hot-in-Place" technology only occupied one lane of the road, with other lanes remaining open, thus minimising traffic disruptions.
3. Environmental friendly
The Group's "Hot-in-Place" technology completely recycled the original road asphalt mixture materials, resulting in zero wastage and, conversely, enabled the Project to avoid acquiring large amounts of new asphalt mixture materials.

Mr Sze Wai Pan, Chairman of Freetech said, "We are thrilled about the Group's involvement in this project since it has enabled us to fully demonstrate the many strengths of our "Hot-in-Place" technology. We are also delighted that this move has been widely covered by the newspaper and television media in Nanjing, which is clearly in recognition of our accomplishment. As a leading service provider of "Hot-in-Place" recycling technology in the asphalt pavement maintenance industry, the Group remains optimistic about its long-term prospects and remains committed to upholding its development principle - 'Efficient use of technology to create multi-win situation', and generating better returns for its shareholders."
