Freetech Successfully Completed Sujiahang Expressway Road Maintenance Project

HONG KONG, Jan 06, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited ("reetech", or the "Group;" stock code: 6888), a leading and fast-growing service provider in the asphalt pavement maintenance ("APM") industry using "Hot-in-Place" recycling technology, today announced that on December 2014, the Group has successfully completed approximately 200,000 square meters Sujiahang Expressway road maintenance project. It has been the fourth time for Freetech to undertake the Sujiahang Expressway road maintenance project.

North to the Changshu City in Jiangsu Province of the People's Republic of China and south to the Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province, Sujiahang Expressway is an important part of "four vertical and four horizontal quadruple" expressway network in Jiangsu Province and an important diversion road of the Tongsan State Road. The average daily traffic volume of this road section for this project is over 50,000 vehicles and the average lowest daily temperature is about 10 degrees which have demonstrated the characteristics and advantages of the Group's technologies.

The Group has performed the maintenance work by occupying one lane only and completed approximately 200,000 square meters within the period. The Group's equipment and technologies have achieved fast servicing speed and meanwhile reduced the traffic congestion. Even at low temperature, the Group still ensured the servicing quality in compliance with the technical standards. A qualified independent third party testing institution has issued a report stating that the test indexes of this project after the road maintenance services have satisfied the national regulatory requirements.

About Hot-in-Place Technology
Hot-in-Place Technology is used in asphalt pavement maintenance, an on-site, in-place technology that rehabilitates deteriorated asphalt pavements through heating, scarifying and mixing the damaged asphalt materials with new materials and thereby minimises the use of new materials. The primary purpose of this process is to repair pavement damages such as cracks, ruts and holes, and bumps.
