HONG KONG, Oct 22, 2015 - (ACN Newswire) - PuraPharm Corporation Limited ("PuraPharm" or the "Group") (Stock code: 1498) a leading Hong Kong-based Chinese medicine company engaged in the research and development, production, marketing and sale of Concentrated Chinese Medicine Granule ("CCMG") products marketed under its "Nong's" brand, has today announced the opening of its 20th Nong's clinic in Hong Kong, another remarkable milestone in the Group's development. The Group continues to be the largest Traditional Chinese Medicine ("TCM") clinic chain in Hong Kong.

The Group's TCM clinic business grows rapidly, opening the 20th Nong's clinic in Hong Kong. The Nong's clinics provide one-stop services including medical diagnostic and dispensary service of CCMG products. Compared to just three TCM clinics as at 30 June 2014, the number of clinics of the Group has been rapidly increased in about 1.5 years. The Group has a strong confidence about the future development of the business.

The expansion of the Nong's clinics provides a driving force to the growth of the Group's business and at the same time helps build a stronger brand recognition in Hong Kong. The fast expansion of the clinics underscores the customers' large demand of Chinese medicine and CCMGs with proven efficacy are gaining in popularity. As for the location strategy, PuraPharm chooses locations with high population and a lack of modernized Chinese medicine clinics in the neighborhood with a reasonable rental. This prudent strategy enables good performance of the clinics, in turn generates positive profit return to the Group and its registered TCM practitioner partners.
