富士通グループ、約4,000万トンのGHG排出量削減など「環境報告書2016」を公開

東京, 2016年08月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - 富士通グループは、2013年度から2015年度までの環境目標を「第7期富士通グループ環境行動計画」として定め、環境改善活動に取り組んできました。このたび、当社の環境経営の考え方や2015年度の取り組み事例および結果をまとめた「富士通グループ環境報告書2016」を公開します。

2015年度は、ICTの提供により約4,000万トンの温室効果ガス（以下、GHG）排出量削減に貢献したことや、当社グループの事業所におけるGHG排出量を1990年度比で約35％削減するなど、「第7期富士通グループ環境行動計画」で定めた17項目すべての目標を達成しました。

今後は、これまでの活動をさらに深化させた「第8期富士通グループ環境行動計画」の取り組みを通じて、2015年に国連が定めた持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）（注1）の枠組みを活用したお客様・社会への貢献や、バリューチェーン全体での環境負荷低減など、ICTを通じた社会・環境の課題解決に貢献し、持続可能で豊かな社会の実現を目指します。
