富士通、オールフラッシュアレイ「ETERNUS AF series」2機種を全世界で販売開始

データベース処理や仮想化環境で安定した高性能を提供する新ストレージ

東京, 2016年10月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社はこのたび、データの記憶媒体にSSD（注1）を採用し、安定した高速処理を実現するオールフラッシュアレイの新シリーズ「FUJITSU Storage ETERNUS AF series（フジツウストレージエターナスエーエフシリーズ、以下、ETERNUS AF series）」の「ETERNUS AF250」および「ETERNUS AF650」の 2機種を全世界で本日から販売開始します。

「ETERNUS AF series」はSSDの搭載に特化した専用設計のストレージ装置で、格納されたデータの重複を削減し、保管や転送を効率化する重複排除・圧縮技術を実装するなど、エンタプライズストレージとして市場で求められる多くの機能を実装しています。また、I/O負荷が高い用途においても0.5ミリ秒の極めて低いレイテンシ（注2）を実現しています。当社は、本製品を「ETERNUSシリーズ」のオールフラッシュストレージ装置の新ラインナップとして位置づけ、お客様のビジネス基盤となる情報システムに高速で安定した性能を提供します。
