NEC、コロンビア・メデジン市のサッカースタジアムの安全強化に貢献
顔認証で暴動を抑止
東京, 2016年10月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - NECは、コロンビアで2番目に大きな都市であるメデジン市の収容人員45,000人のサッカースタジアム「エスタディオ・アタナシオ・ヒラルド・スタジアム」に映像監視システムを提供しました。
提供する映像監視システムは、世界No.1の認証精度（注）を有する顔認証技術を用いたソフトウェアを活用して、スタジアムのカメラ映像から過去に問題を起こしたサッカーファン（フーリガン）を検出します。フーリガンが検出された場合、入場制限や厳重な監視をすることで暴動を未然に防止し、スタジアムの安全性強化に貢献します。
