三菱商事、ウクライナで三菱自動車製アウトランダーPHEV大口商談を受注

東京, 2017年01月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱商事株式会社(以下、当社)は、ウクライナに於いて、当社出資先で三菱自動車工業株式会社(以下、MMC)製品の輸入販売会社エムエムシーウクライナ社（以下MMCU、当社60％・現地パートナーニコ・グループ40%出資）を通じ、ウクライナ警察向けにアウトランダーPHEVを635台受注しましたのでお知らせします(2017年7月頃納入予定)。

ウクライナでは環境対策の一環として、環境対応車の導入を推進しており、現在使用している警察用車両の一部をアウトランダーPHEVに切り替えるものです。今回の入札では、MMC製 PHEV車の環境性能の高さがウクライナ政府から高く評価されました。

ウクライナは、人口4,500万人を擁する東欧・CIS地域ではロシアに次ぐ大国であり、中長期的な成長が期待されています。当社は、2016年5月に輸入販売会社MMCUを設立しMMC製品の販売を開始しており、世界各地で培った自動車事業の知見を基に同国での自動車産業の発展に貢献しています。
