ANAセールス、海外旅行会社向け多言語対応販売システム「ARIES」をリリース
利用できる言語が拡充し海外旅行会社での直接予約が可能になります
東京, 2017年02月16日 - (JCN Newswire) - ANAセールス株式会社（代表取締役社長 今西一之 本社 東京都中央区）は、17年度商品から海外旅行会社向けに多言語対応販売システム「ARIES（アリエス）」を稼働させました。
当システムは、訪日旅行の市場が拡大する中で、現行の日本語対応販売システムから脱却し、多言語対応が可能になることで、海外旅行会社からの予約利便性向上や手配完了までのスピードアップが実現できます。 また、提供商品ラインナップの拡充やよりタイムリーな商品提供も可能になり、競争力強化が図れることで、既契約旅行会社からの取扱増加や新規契約旅行会社数を拡大し、前年比220％の取扱高を目指します。
「ARIES（アリエス）」のポイント
(1) 英語・中国語（簡体字・繁体字）を表示し、海外旅行会社での直接予約操作が可能になり、多言語対応による海外旅行会社の予約利便性が向上します。
(2) 商品検索と在庫照会が24時間365日オンライン対応になり、在庫照会の迅速化が実現します。
(3) 発売情報や各種キャンペーン情報等をタイムリーに配信し、確認することができます。
(4) 海外旅行会社とのAPIシステム（システムの機能共有）連携により販売拡大に繋がります。
(5) 「ARIES（アリエス）」のシステム上で販売旅行代金表の検索が可能になり、取扱施設、商品ラインナップの“見える”化を実現します。
