ANA、社長交代について

東京, 2017年02月16日 - (JCN Newswire) - 全日本空輸株式会社は、本日2月16日（木）、臨時取締役会を開催し、代表取締役社長 篠辺 修（64歳）が2017年3月31日をもって退任し、翌4月1日より後任に取締役執行役員平子 裕志（59歳）が昇格することを決定いたしました。

また、篠辺 修は、本日開催のANAホールディングス株式会社 臨時取締役会において、2017年4月1日をもって、ANAホールディングス株式会社 取締役副会長に就任することが決定いたしました。
