ソニー、渋谷モディ1階に新たな情報発信拠点Sony Square Shibuya Projectをオープン

東京, 2017年03月17日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニーは、2017年4月8日（土）に、渋谷モディの1階に、新しい情報発信拠点“Sony Square Shibuya Project（日本語表記：ソニースクエア渋谷プロジェクト）”をオープンいたします。

Sony Square Shibuya Projectは、ソニーグループの製品、テクノロジー、コンテンツなどを掛け合わせることで、ユニークかつ新たなソニーの魅力を伝えることをめざして開設されるスペースです。Sony Square Shibuya Projectでの展示は、1～2か月毎に更新されるテーマにもとづいた企画展示となり、定期的に変更されます。製品のデモンストレーションにとどまらず、インタラクティブな参加型の体験や、エンタテインメントやテクノロジーに関連したワークショップ、エンタテイメントコンテンツと開発中の技術を融合させたユニークな体験型展示など、渋谷の街を訪れる人の好奇心を刺激する体験を提供していきます。

また渋谷モディの外壁に設置された「ソニービジョン渋谷」（渋谷モディ壁面の大型街頭ビジョン）とも連携し、渋谷の街に新しい驚きをもらたすダイナミックな仕掛けも検討していきます。

Sony Square Shibuya Projectでの活動の第1弾は「音楽」をテーマにした企画、“Music Crossroads （ミュージック・クロスロード）”です。「アーティスト×テクノロジー」「アナログ×デジタル」など、ソニーならではの視点で、音楽の様々な楽しみ方を掛け合わせたユニークな企画を予定しています。
