富士通、2017年3月期（第117期）の配当予想の修正に関するお知らせ

東京, 2017年03月22日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、下記のとおり、1株当たり配当予想について、修正することといたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

１．配当予想修正の理由

当社の剰余金の配当等の決定に関する基本的な方針は、安定的な剰余金の配当を実施するとともに、財務体質の強化および業績の中長期的な向上を踏まえた積極的な事業展開に備えるため、適正な水準まで内部留保を充実することにあります。

当社は、これらの基本方針を基に、財務状況、今後の経営環境等を総合的に勘案し、2017年1月31日に公表した当期の期末配当予想を、1株当たり4円から5円に修正いたします。

これにより、年間配当金は、中間配当金4円とあわせて、9円となる予定です。

なお、2017年3月期末の剰余金の配当につきましては、2017年5月開催予定の取締役会において正式決定いたします。
