昭和電工、第108期有価証券報告書の提出期限延長申請に係る承認に関するお知らせ

東京, 2017年03月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、平成29年3月27日付で公表いたしました「第108期有価証券報告書の提出期限延長に係る承認申請書提出に関するお知らせ」にてお知らせいたしましたとおり、企業内容等の開示に関する内閣府令第15条の2第1項に規定する有価証券報告書の提出期限延長に係る承認申請を行っておりましたが、平成29年3月29日付で、同内閣府令第15条の2第3項に規定する承認を受けましたので、お知らせいたします。

株主・投資家をはじめ関係者の皆様には、ご迷惑とご心配をお掛けいたしますことを深くお詫び申しあげます。

1. 対象となる有価証券報告書
第108期有価証券報告書（自平成28年1月1日至平成28年12月31日）

2. 延長前の提出期限
平成29年3月31日（金曜日）

3. 延長後の提出期限
平成29年5月1日（月曜日）

4. 今後の見通し
当社は、第108期有価証券報告書の作成を速やかに行い、監査法人による監査手続を受けたうえで、延長後の提出期限である平成29年5月1日（月曜日）までに第108期有価証券報告書を提出できる見込みです。また、過年度の有価証券報告書等について訂正が必要になった場合にも、同日までに過年度の訂正分を提出できる見込みです。
