昭和電工、剰余金の配当（配当実施）に関するお知らせ

東京, 2017年04月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、本日開催の取締役会において、下記のとおり平成29年５月11日を基準日とする剰余金の配当を行うことを決議いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。
なお、本件につきましては、平成29年６月27日開催予定の臨時株主総会に付議いたします。

１．配当の内容

決定額
基準日: 平成29年５月11日
１株当たり配当金: 普通株式 30円
配当金の総額: 4,285百万円（予定）
効力発生日: 平成29年6月28日
配当原資: 利益剰余金

２．理由

当社は、第108期（平成28年1月1日から平成28年12月31日まで）の計算書類が確定したことから、配当の実施を検討した結果、第108期の業績、今後の事業展開ならびに財務状況等を勘案し、普通株式１株当たり30円の配当を実施いたします。また、本日開催の当社取締役会決議に基づき、新たに平成29年５月11日を剰余金の配当基準日と定めました。
